Terms

Effective October 24, 2026

Draft. This plain-language draft hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer yet. Highlighted items still need to be finalized before this goes live.

Who you're dealing with

Nestward for Agents ("Nestward", "we") is operated by Faithlink Collective LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company. Contact: [email protected]. By using this site, joining the founding-agent list or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

What Nestward is, and isn't

Nestward is a transaction tracker and client app for real estate agents. It's a reminder tool, not legal advice.

Where things stand

Nestward is in development. The public demo uses made-up sample data. Features described on this site are either in the demo or labeled as early ideas, like rental move-in portals.

Plans and prices

There's no free trial. Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe, and subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. Sales tax is added where required.

Love it or your money back

If you're not happy for any reason, email [email protected] within 30 days of signing up and you'll get a full refund. No other conditions.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]. Within your first 30 days, you can ask for the full refund above instead. After 30 days, cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for: you keep access until then, you won't be charged again, and there are no partial-month refunds.

Your data and your clients' data

You own the information you and your clients put into Nestward. We use it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Don't upload information you don't have the right to share.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no breaking in, overloading it, scraping it, or using it for anything illegal. We can suspend accounts that do.

No guarantees beyond these terms

Apart from the refund promise above, the service is provided "as is." We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. [To be reviewed by a lawyer]

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. [To be reviewed by a lawyer]

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and tell subscribers by email before significant changes take effect.
