Who we are
Nestward for Agents ("Nestward", "we") is a transaction tracker and client app for real estate agents, built in Upstate South Carolina by Brandon Keyser and operated by Faithlink Collective LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company. Questions? Email [email protected].
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website and the founding-agent form on it. The Nestward app will get its own privacy policy before any real client data goes into it.
What the founding-agent form collects
- Your name and email (required)
- Your mobile phone number (optional)
- Your brokerage, where you work, and what you use for contracts and e-sign (optional)
- Which plan you're interested in, and whether you do rentals or military move-ins
- That you checked the contact-consent box, the exact consent wording you agreed to, and when
- Your browser type (the "user agent"), to help spot spam
We don't ask for Social Security numbers, bank details or client information on this form.
To block spam bots, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that runs in your browser. Cloudflare processes the data needed for that check under its own privacy policy. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may keep standard server logs, like IP addresses, for security.
How we use it
- To contact you about Nestward, your founding spot and a demo, by email, phone call or text, only if you agreed to that on the form
- To decide what to build next, like rental move-in features
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. Your text-message consent and phone number are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
How it's stored
Form details are saved in a private database hosted by Supabase, in the United States. The database table isn't publicly readable. Only a protected server function can add to it, and only Nestward's operator can view it. Data is encrypted in transit.
Texts and calls
If you agreed to texts, message frequency varies and msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of buying anything.
How long we keep it
We keep your form details for up to 2 years, then delete them. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will.
How to see or delete your information
Email [email protected] from the address you used on the form, with the subject "Delete my info" (or "Show my info"). We'll confirm it's you, then delete it or send you a copy within 30 days.
Not legal advice
Nestward is a reminder and client-update tool, not legal or tax advice. Agents confirm every date, and the signed contract and the law always control.
Kids
This site is for real estate professionals. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell people on our list by email.
