Billing and plans
Plans are bought on this website through Stripe, monthly or yearly. There are no purchases inside the app. See plans and prices. When you create your Nestward account, use the same email you paid with so your plan unlocks automatically.
Love it or your money back
There's no free trial. Instead, if you're not happy for any reason, email [email protected] within 30 days of signing up and you'll get a full refund. No other conditions.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]. Details are in our Terms.
Buyers and renters: joining your agent's deal
Your agent sends you an invite link or gives you an invite code. Open the link, or enter the code when you sign up in the Nestward app, to join Nestward for free and see your home, the progress bar of key dates and your next steps. If your invite doesn't work, ask your agent to send it again, or email us.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. Or follow the steps at app.nestwardapp.com/account-deletion. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.
